11 “They gave us this answer: ‘We are the servants of the God of heaven and earth.   1. Ezra 5:13 King Cyrus of Babylon: Cyrus was previously referred to as king of Persia (Ezr 1:1) and now has extended his reign over Babylon as well. It is used here to signify the importance of the city where the Jews were held captive for over 70 years.
